MBSAQIP is composed of standards developed by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). Accreditation is based on a rigorous review process.
The Health Care Centers of Excellence (HCCOE) Program
The HCCOE Program is a Texas designation program for the Blue Essentials network that identifies hospitals that have demonstrated quality specialty care in a safe, effective and cost-efficient manner. Designations are awarded based on treatment expertise, quality care and patient outcomes.
